A long post but please bear with us! We have grown to become the leading family-run double glazing supplier based in Cardiff and South Wales. We care about our customers and this has always been our main passion. By caring for our customers has helped us grow to become the leading family-run double glazing supplier based in Cardiff and South Wales. But don’t just take our word for it. Please read this wonderful review from a recent customer (relevant images below)… “We needed to replace 15 windows, 1 French door, and a large area of what was curved wooden bifold at a property we recently moved to. Due to the size of the job we invited a fair few firms to quote. The disparity between quotes was significant and even over double in some cases!! Not only did Capital UPVC’s quote come in competitive, but they also spent the time to price through the options on the curved bi-folds, which many took one look at and high balled us or refused to quote. Another added benefit was the 3 years interest-free credit, which was unmatched by other local firms. Having never replaced windows before we were naturally worried that we would need to patch up and redecorate, However, the fitters went to great lengths to avoid the need for this to happen and left everything looking great and tidy. The Capital UPVC team provided great service, from the initial quote with Martin to running through the options with Joe, Ross doing a detailed job on a tricky survey given the curvature of the bifold array. Peter and Perry who fitted for us, did a superb job, grafting through 30-degree heat, never letting their high standards drop, nothing was too much trouble, and they were great to have around the house. We are absolutely over the moon with the end results and it has quite simply transformed our property. We will definitely be using Capital UPVC for future projects as quite simply they have been the best home improvement company we have ever dealt with.” If you’re after Home Improvements and want the same level of professionalism, contact us today.
